Pamica acquired the agency network People People People (PPP) last year, with one of its aims being to grow through acquisitions. The first results of this partnership can now be seen with creative agency Rodolfo merging with PPP.

PPP agency Oh My and Rodolfo shared an office in their early years around 2010-2012, when the companies were first founded, meaning that they have known each other for a long time.

“The seed of what we are today was sown in a cramped, dilapidated office in Tantolunden. We have worked together with Oh My in different ways since then and know each other well. That’s why it is exciting that we are now back playing in the same team together again,” says Ludwig Jonsson, co-founder of Rodolfo alongside Adam Lundberg.

Agency network People People People saw the light of day when its founders bought out the network from former owner Bonnier. The network includes Oh My, Spoon, Trickle, KIT, Fuze, Post and recently started strategic agency Outlier. The agency network has operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and the UK. The acquisition of Rodolfo is a natural part of strengthening the agency network’s offering in branding and advertising. Anders Ribba, CEO of PPP, highlights the synergies with Post which is also part of PPP.

“In the short term, we can see many synergies between companies and client assignments. We have seen how a leading creative edge can add to our end-to-end offering ever since Post joined PPP last year. That’s why it’s tremendously exciting to further strengthen our skills with the creative geniuses at Rodolfo, which together present an opportunity to take on even larger assignments,” he comments.

“We have been looking to be part of something bigger a while, and the fact is that we had spoken with some of the players who are consolidating the industry. The personal connection meant that we chose PPP since we know each other well, we are a great fit and we can make a difference, in addition to the Nordic perspective. A little bonus is also the link to my home town of Halmstad where Pamica is based and Oh My has been established for many years,” says Adam Lundberg.
