Jan-Olof founded Pamica in 2015 together with Bengt Jönsson. From 2003 until Pamica was founded, he was a founding partner at IMAP Sweden where he successfully worked as a transaction advisor. Jan-Olof has experience as an accountant, CFO and from business development within various organizations and industries.

Lenny Månsson was previously employed at Swedbank, where he mainly worked with financing for small and medium-sized companies and property valuation. During the period 2011-2018, Malin was CFO at TylöHelo Group, where she was also a member of the management team and Board. Before that, Malin worked in various companies and roles within Bo Håkansson’s sphere of companies in Malmö and Lund 1997-2003, serving in such positions as Corporate finance analyst, accounting manager and later as CFO at Active Biotech AB (listed on the O-list).
