Husvård Group Norden AB acquires Tectorius AB

For more than two years, Halmstad-based company Husvård Group Norden AB, part of Pamica Group AB, has been offering a number of different services to homeowners in the areas of window cleaning, roof cleaning and roof painting. The first two acquisitions were Eriks fönsterputs i Sverige AB and Takteam i sydost AB, followed by a number of bolt-on acquisitions in the same fields.

Takteam i sydost AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Husvård Group, is now Sweden’s market leader in roof cleaning and painting for homeowners. Every year, the company performs services for almost 3,000 customers, meaning that we work on almost 600,000 sqm of roofing for private customers, mainly in southern Sweden. The company is continuing to enjoy a high pace of growth and healthy profitability, with the ambition of boosting growth in Sweden.

We are pleased to have had the opportunity today to acquire Tectorius AB, with the aim of ensuring additional business volumes, geographic expansion and further strengthening our market position. Tectorius started operations in 2006 based on founder Josef Demirel’s vision of offering roof cleaning services and painting with the aim of extending the service life of the roof. This service is increasingly in demand.

Tectorius and its key employees have broad experience and possess important expertise that can be added to the Husvård Group. Tectorius generated sales of more than MSEK 30 in 2022 with healthy profitability. Josef Demirel and other key employees will continue to work in the Husvård Group after the acquisition.
