Vefi group aquires Oboya Poland

Vefi is an innovative and leading producer of pots and trays for professional growers within hydroponics, as well as the Hobby market (home growing products). Oboya Poland is a leading producer of sleeves to the same customers.

Vefi and Oboya Poland have been business partners for a long time, where Vefi mainly has been focusing on producing Pots and Trays, and Oboya Poland on Sleeves. Now the cooperation will be further strengthened as one company, all to deliver high quality products to our customers.

Vefi group has a strong owner, Pamica, since December 2020. “Pamica is very happy and pleased with the acquistion of Oboya Poland. This will strengthen Vefi’s offering towards our customers in all our markets as well as enabling a stronger market presence in Poland.” says Johanna Björkner Pernvik, Pamica.

Together, the group will have 100 proud employees in Skierniewice (Poland), Rybnik (Poland), Drammen (Norway) and Sweden (parent company). The group has a solid balance sheet to secure further growth and stability.
