The guides also function as a working tool in Sappa’s customer service – for more efficient calls and shorter waiting times. A customer who goes through a guide before leaving a case will get a faster solution – either directly from the guide or by directly submitting all the information the customer service needs. In the conversation, Sappa can also go through the steps together with the customers and provide effective support.
