Sappa has the best service in the industry

Sappa is incredibly proud to have won in the Service category in the annual industry study on customer satisfaction that the Swedish Quality Index (SKI) organizes. This is the first time Sappa participates and comes in fourth place among the competitors.

SKI conducts annual surveys of customer satisfaction in Sweden’s largest consumer industry by letting customers evaluate their suppliers. Sappa participated for the first time in 2018 in the category digital TV, among competitors such as Telia, Comhem, Boxer and Viasat. In the service category, it is Sappa that clearly stands out, which proves that customers appreciate the hospitality and availability that Sappa offers.
