Pamica acquires Eriks Fönsterputs och Takteam

Pamica 2 AB (“Pamica”) makes its sixth investment by acquiring the majority of the window cleaning company Eriks Fönsterputs i Sverige AB (“Eriks Fönsterputs”) and the roof treatment company Takteam i sydost AB (“Takteam”). The investment is made together with the Companies' founders, partners and key personnel. Together, we form a group with two strong brands, which complement each other well in home care services with tax deduction, mainly for private individuals.

Eriks Fönsterputs was founded in 1997 with the vision to offer an efficient window cleaning service to homeowners. The company currently does window cleaning services, mainly in the southern and western part of Sweden. Takteam was founded in 2014 with the idea of ​​offering an effective roof treatment that increases the life and quality of the roofs, which becomes more economical, environmentally friendly, and sustainable. The company is currently active primarily in southwestern and eastern Sweden.

The companies have established leading positions with strong brands in the private market based on experience, knowledge, high quality, and service. In total, the Group has sales of approximately SEK 130 million with very good profitability based on efficient logistics and digitalized work routines.

With the acquisition, the Companies will have a capital-strong and committed owner who will provide both the necessary capital for expansion and expertise in the form of an active board.
