Pamica AB acquires the coffee group Beans

Pamica AB will also contribute with great competence and experience through a partnership with Georg Möller, founder of Coffee Queen and a well-known name in the coffee industry. Georg is one of the investors of Pamica AB and will contribute as the industry expert and chairman of the Beans group.

The investment includes the brands Beans and Kaffebönan with businesses in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Borlänge, and also Beans Finance AB. The transaction is expected to close by December 15th, 2016.
