Pamica 2 AB has today through Vefi Holding AB closed the acquisition of Vefi A/S and Vefi Europe Sp.z.o.o.

The VEFI companies mainly manufacture and sell thermoformed pots, packaging products and system solutions for the horticulture industry.
The seller was Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (publ.).
Pamica is looking forward to develop the VEFI companies in a positive direction, together with the appointed board, management and other employees.
