Micropol signs new framework agreement with the Swedish Defence Material Administration

The Swedish Defence Material Administration (FMV) has awarded Micropol Fiberoptic a contract for the delivery of field tactical fiber optic communication systems to the Swedish Armed Forces. The three-year contract, which can be extended to up to seven years, has a total contract value of MSEK 178.

Micropol Fiberoptic has been the preferred supplier to the Swedish Armed Forces for many years and the contract award secures the continuation of the current deliveries.

The contract award will require the recruitment of an additional ten production personnel in the Åled facility during 2023.
