Halmstad-based Pamica Group (“Pamica”), a prominent company in acquisitions and long-term business development, is to acquire Alltronic AB. Alltronic constructs and produces customized electronics, primarily circuit boards. The operations are based in Alingsås, with 27 employees, and are expected to generate sales of approximately MSEK 65 in 2023, with good profitability.

“With 40 years in the industry, we have come a long way in developing our operations. We have found a strong partner in Pamica now that we are scaling up our operations, deepening our existing partnerships and expanding into new areas and geographic markets,” says Peter Ericsson, CEO and part-owner of Alltronic. He continues:

“With Pamica’s industrial expertise and resources, together with our fantastic employees, I am very much looking forward to working with our customers to build on our already stable foundation in a changing and growing market.”

Alltronic operates in three business areas: Producing circuit boards for prototypes and series, Sourcing components, and development and construction, including preliminary studies and Project management. Each business area operates independently, which collectively generates significant economies of scale and increased profitability for customers.

Customers include players in the automotive, industrial, property, marine and healthcare industries.

“The electronics industry is facing significant growth as society is becoming increasingly digitalized, driven by IoT, AI and 5G. Since it was founded in 1983, Alltronic has built a strong brand and close relationships with customers. We are very pleased that CEO Peter Ericsson and the other part-owners have chosen to enter into a partnership with Pamica,” says Jan-Olof Svensson, CEO of Pamica Group.
