Jan-Olof founded Pamica in 2015 together with Bengt Jönsson. From 2003 until Pamica was founded, he was a founding partner at IMAP Sweden where he successfully worked as a transaction advisor. Jan-Olof has experience as an accountant, CFO and from business development within various organizations and industries.

Johan has a background as managing director of Comir AB and his previous positions include Head of Communications at EQT Partners, Nordea Asset Management, Atle, 3i and the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Lenny Månsson was previously employed at Swedbank, where he mainly worked with financing for small and medium-sized companies and property valuation. Before that, Lenny worked at Lenner & Partners Corporate Finance as a transaction advisor in public and private transactions and in the corporate finance department at Alfred Berg Fondkommission.

Mats has a background as CEO, COO and VP Markets and Sales both in Sweden and around the world. Since 2009, Mats worked for the French electrical wholesale group Rexel, where he was responsible for sales & operations in Sweden, Australia and England and before that he worked for Symbrio.

Johan has for many years been active in retail as CEO and in both listed and private companies. During the period 2011-2015, CEO of KappAhl AB. Started working in 2016 for BC Partners in a PE environment until 2018 when Johan became CEO of the Pamica company Beans in Cup. In June 2023 he joined as Head of segment Niche Companies and Investment manager for Pamica Group AB. Johan also has genuine experience from many external board assignments, both in listed companies, foundations and private companies, e.g. NetOnNet, Paynova (Sileon), Nille AS and IHM Business School Training.
