Best service in Sweden – three years in a row!

Sappa has been named the best digital TV provider in Sweden in the categories service and image in the Swedish Quality Index (SKI)'s annual survey on customer satisfaction.
In total, Sappa ranks second as a supplier in Sweden and above the industry average in all categories.
– It is fantastic that we get to keep the same high ranking. Right now we are growing quite fast as a company, with the development of new products and many new customers – then it feels good to get a receipt that we are also able to satisfy our existing customer relations, says Hasse Svensson, CEO of Sappa.
