In total, Sappa ranks second as a supplier in Sweden and above the industry average in all categories.

Right now we are growing quite fast as a company, with the development of new products and many new customers – then it feels good to get a receipt that we are also able to satisfy our existing customer relations, says Hasse Svensson, CEO of Sappa.

Sappa believes that part of the reason they score high grades in customer service is the Company’s great focus on an easily accessible customer loyalty center. The company has the industry’s most generous opening hours with the 24 hours availibity, all year round. In addidtion, the same person takes care of the customer from start to finish.
